Not responsible for any part of a sale of any vehicle or the circumstances leading up to a sale, nor the circumstances beyond a sale. 4. Not responsible for any missing or incorrect information within any advert. 5. Not liable for any part of the sale process or any costs, damages or compensation sought as a result of any sale. Liability is strictly limited to the correct listing of a supplied advert and the correct charge being made in accordance with site policy. 6. Any loss or mismanagement by this company should be reported to CarTrading limited as well as being taken up directly with the company in question. 8. Remove any advert that contains offensive, immoral or indecent content.
